Have not used this company yet, but had them over for an estimate and wanted to rate highly based on experience. Will update if I use them.
Quoting a new HVAC/water heater. Technician toughtfully answered all my questions, gave me pros and cons of different approaches. Never felt condescending or pushy like other HVAC company salesmen. Ultimately didn't push me hard in a direction, just gave me everything I need too make a decision based on my specific wants for the system.

Nick and the entire team at JM have been amazing. We’ve used them multiple times over the years and most recently when we out AC went out after a storm. I would highly recommend.

JM Plumbing has installed two tankless water heaters for us at two houses, and both times have been professional and expertly done. They've also done HVAC maintenance and other plumbing work which has been great as well. Highly recommended.

From start to finish our experience with JM Plumbing and Heating was top notch in professionalism, knowledge of products and options, responsiveness to email/texts, scheduling, and installation. Nick’s visit to give us an estimate on a tankless water heater built our confidence and drove our decision to hire JM; he answered our questions and gave us facts, not a sales pitch. The installation team (Jose, Abel, and Dimitri) was fantastic: on time, courteous, efficient, expert in the product/performance, thorough, respectful of our home, took great care of the area they were working in, and walked us through their work and the “how to” of operating our new water heater. We could not have asked for a better experience. And we recommend JM Plumbing and Heating without hesitation or qualification.

JM was doing work for a neighbor. Saw their fabulous and clean workmanship and asked the crew to evaluate our needs. Replaced our load panel with a larger panel and upgraded our service line with heavy-up. JM Plumbing and Heating are wonderful people to work with. We are very pleased with the results. Nick, Ziad and Dimitri were great to work with. Recommend JM for electrical and HVAC work.

In December last year, we had old boiler and hot water tank removed and replaced with an on-demand water heater/boiler Combo unit by JM plumbing. I thought it was important to wait 6+ months before writing a review.
The job was completed in 1 day, with terrific results. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process were extremely professional and eager to answer any and all questions. As a bonus we have a lot more room in our utility room/area.
I have recommended them several times since they completed our boiler/water heater combo and will continue to do so with confidence.
I’ve included a before and after photo along with this review.

Nick, the co-owner, came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate for a tankless water heater installation, compared to others. Nick is courteous polite and flexible. It's a family owned business.
His crew, Jose, Dimitri, and their assistant were very professional friendly and polite. They did a very clean install and left me nothing at all to clean up. They walked me through the system after as well.
They have my highest recommendation. Period.

We had a great experience with Nick and his team on the repair and maintenance of our furnace and radiators. I called multiple companies that told me they couldn’t come out for a month+ and Nick came by the next day to take a look at our furnace and they started the work the following day. Our furnace is 26+ years old and it required some new parts and a lot of maintenance. The team was extremely detail oriented and never rushed the job. They ended up encountering some additional issues and worked on the problem until it was complete. They were all extremely professional and nice, and they communicated with us every step of the way. We will definitely be using them for all of our future heating needs.

Love the services we've received from JM Plumbing and Heating. Dimetri has been our service tech twice now and each times he's been expidiéndote and super knowledgeable. I've appreciated how responsive Nick has been whenever we've had a concern as well and they've always been on-the-money with the recommendations. Great prices as well!

We contacted JM out of desperation because the previous company could not figure out what was wrong with our tankless water heater. Nick was amazing. He came to our home that same day and had the entire system working properly. These guys are our new plumbers from now on. Very professional and compassionate. We did not feel like just another client, they made us feel special.

For various reasons having to do with the particular space in our house where our old water heater was located, we were having a really tough time finding a company that could replace our tank water heater with an electric tankless. JM was incredibly responsive right off the bat, listened to our questions and concerns, and did incredible work. We're really happy to have worked with them and appreciate their professionalism and quality work! Will highly recommend them to others in the future.

“JM Plumbing & Heating installed a Navien Tankless Water Heater in our 3-story house about 6 months ago and we are very pleased with it’s performance. It is quiet and we never run out of hot water…Regardless of how many relatives are in the house.
In addition to being happy with our tankless, we feel fortunate to have stumbled upon JM Plumbing because their professionalism and expertise are simply unmatched. In fact we are so happy with their installation of the tankless, we called them back for three other plumbing jobs we needed done. We were not disappointed and will continue to rely upon them for all our plumbing needs.”
